A written proposal confirms the contracting entity, registered BAS-agent details, inclusions, exclusions, total fees, software treatment, timing, responsibilities, privacy permissions and termination terms. Existing software subscriptions remain the client’s responsibility unless the proposal says otherwise. Onboarding is charged only where migration or setup work is required and is quoted before work begins.
Roar invoices at the end of each month with seven-day payment terms. Available payment methods appear on the invoice. Work outside the written scope is never automatic: it is explained and approved first, then charged at $125 + GST ($137.50 incl. GST) per hour unless a separate fixed price is agreed.
