About this website

This website introduces the bookkeeping and registered BAS services of Roar Bookkeeping, the registered business name of Kimberly Leesa Ryan, sole trader, ABN 63 228 359 336.

General information only

Content on this site is general and does not take account of your circumstances. It is not income-tax, legal, audit, employment, insolvency, credit or financial-product advice. BAS advice is provided only under an accepted engagement and within the relevant TPB registration.

No engagement through browsing or enquiry

Viewing the site, completing the health check or sending an enquiry does not create a practitioner-client relationship. Roar acts only after it accepts a written engagement setting out scope, fees, timing, systems, permissions and responsibilities.

Prices and availability

Displayed package prices are starting points and workload guides. Roar is GST-registered, so each price shows its GST-inclusive total. Monthly packages run month to month with 30 days’ notice to finish unless an accepted proposal states otherwise. Software, onboarding and work outside scope are charged only where the written proposal identifies them. Roar confirms the complete scope and total fee in writing before work begins. Capacity and service availability may change.

Your use of the site

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, harmful or sensitive information through the public form. Do not send passwords, TFNs, bank details, identity records or financial documents.

Liability and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Roar is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, interruption or misuse of the site, or content controlled by a linked third party. These website limitations do not replace the rights, responsibilities or liability terms in an accepted client engagement.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Mandatory rights and laws that apply elsewhere are not excluded.
